After 20 years leading HR programs, projects, and transformations across industries, our founder saw the same pattern everywhere — overwhelmed HR leaders, tangled workflows, and systems that created more friction than function. Lumaris was built to illuminate a different path.

It wasn't a people problem. It was a process problem. And it was completely preventable.
Meet Lynette.
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Lynette spent 20 years at the center of HR — in roles such as Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, and PMO Director — across various industries including Banking, Healthcare, Energy, and the nonprofit sector. She's built project offices from scratch, led enterprise-wide transformations, and managed initiatives that touched thousands of employees. She's also PMP certified, which means she brings a level of rigor and discipline to HR work that most firms simply don't.
But it was a specific frustration that sparked Lumaris. Lynette watched organizations invest heavily in system after system — different tools doing similar things, siloed across departments, and buried under approval processes so layered that senior leaders were signing off on decisions they had no context for. Zero clarity. And HR teams paying the price.
She knew there was a better way. Lumaris was built to be it — combining her passion for helping people with the structured, intentional project leadership that actually moves work forward.
Outside of work, Lynette can usually be found chasing culture and adventure somewhere in the world, or giving back closer to home through youth outreach and homeless care. Both remind her why the work matters.
